In the era of my Grandparents, it was commonplace to see a garden in every
yard, every growing season. The bounty of a single back-yard garden was
sufficient to feed numerous souls and sharing the harvest was common. Along
with growing, preserving what was grown was a common practice to ensure food in
the cold months. These traditions, skills and ideas have now fallen-off due to
a society fed by processed foods from supermarkets. The change set in after
about one generation. Along with this change many varieties of seeds, now
called heirloom, have been lost or bought by corporations who modify them into
what we call GMO. In light of the emerging conditions in this world it is
high-time we once again collect seeds and plant gardens, and harvest seed. GMO
seeds can be patented and, with this, food can and is becoming controlled by
corporations that have little to no interest in the welfare of living men and
women. The Creator granted each of us the Divine Spark, Freewill and made us
Beneficiaries of this creation – that provides all we will ever need. It is
past time that we acknowledge this truth and make good on our very special
Grants from the Creator. I see trees of green, red roses too. I see them bloom
for me and you… and I think to myself what a wonderful world.
